Privacy Policy
Who we are
dasdsa (trading as dasdas) is the data controller for the personal information we collect about you. You can contact us at sean@bbc.com or da.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or book our services, how we use it, and the rights you have.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you make a booking or send an enquiry — typically your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, journey date and time, and any special requirements.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card details.
When you visit this website we may collect technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page — to help us operate the site and improve our service.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the service you've booked, respond to enquiries, send booking confirmations and journey updates, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We also use it for our legitimate business interests — operating and improving the service, preventing fraud, and keeping our records.
Lawful basis
We rely on contract (to deliver the service you've booked), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business), and consent for any marketing communications. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time by emailing sean@bbc.com.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to seven years to comply with UK tax and accounting law. Enquiry records are kept for two years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to provide the service — for example, with our payment processor and our email provider — or where required by law (e.g. HMRC).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, request deletion, object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email sean@bbc.com.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to make this website work. See our Cookie Policy for details.
